Delivered a 21-month long NextGen CRM Transformation Program which aimed to leverage Salesforce platform to redefine the existing and potential customer relationships across the region, to optimize the sales process and to maximize the value of CRM.

Founded in early 1900s, our client is one of the largest multinational conglomerates in Japan that is in the Fortune Global 500 list. For a potential partnership and investment we co-jointly conducted a market research with colleagues from Asia Pacific and generated a point of view (POV) on Biometric Authentication market in Turkey.

Within this scope we extensively conducted primary and secondary research activities on Biometric Authentication market, Biometric HW Vendors, Business Conglomerates & Partners, government institutions and regulations to generate a point of view on our study.

Smart Agriculture Platform Strategy & Implementation

Our client is a conventional fertilizer producer that had radical ambitions to innovate their existing business model. Their ultimate goal was to establish a sustainable and traceable food value chain to create an ecosystem of producers, suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, logistics and consumers.

We defined the strategy for an end-to-end transparent food chain. Also we implemented a foundation for a smart agriculture platform and high-tech greenhouse using IBM Blockchain, AI (Visual Recognition), Watson IoT and data analytics services.

Our initial project was awarded the first prize in one of the world’s biggest international agriculture exhibitions.

Our client is one of the largest and leading airlines in the region. The client was struggling to manage their customer information and their ability to offer personalized services was limited. We designed and implemented a Customer 360 screen that enabled all customer facing employees to have a single detailed view of the customer.
With our implementation the employees are now able to see the customer profile details, campaigns information, customer complaint/feedback, value segmentation, churn and behavioral details and loyalty program in a single page. This singular view empowers customer facing employees in every touchpoint(Total of 86) to offer personalized services with a shorter response time.

One the largest private banks in Turkey with an estimated market value of $7.1 billion aimed to design a customer journey for their target customers in order to increase daily and long-term investments, and help them manage their assets in line with their lifetime goals.

Regarding this we did an extensive research to understand motivations, needs, pain points and expectations of target customers. Based on our research we created new value propositions, financial products, digital features and behavioral triggers for potential and existing investors through digital touchpoints. By this effort, we aimed to enable our client to realize a direct and positive impact on customer income and profitability.

Received $6.5 billion dollars of private investment, our client is Turkey's petrochemical giant with more than 50 petrochemical products, has been the raw material producer and a pivotal player for Turkish economy since 1960s.

We completed the documentation of all business processes, identification of the improvement areas, quick win opportunities, assessed digital transformation and process automation capabilities and needs, and finally developed a high level implementation roadmap while using CBM, RPC and APQC industry specific frameworks.

Operates in 19 countries with approximately 80 companies, 66 production facilities, and more than 80 thousand employees our client needed a guidance for their holding companies to have a better collaboration and digital capabilities.

We assessed the current digital maturity levels, digital transformation targets and strategies of the companies in scope that will help them to reach the targets, and identify the projects that are compatible with the digital transformation targets and strategies. We ensured that the identified projects are translated into a prioritized implementation plan and summary reports.

Founding a New Startup

In January 2017, I founded a smart agriculture and IoT services company named Triot.

Triot was a smart agriculture company that enabled farmers to monitor their lands to provide certainty in decision making and optimizing production.
​
Our solution reduced the fertilization and irrigation costs by 14%, and saved 250$ per acre in a citrus orchard. With the help of our hardware and software business solution partners, we installed Triot’s prototype solution to a few family owned agriculture businesses in Turkey.

Our client is one of the leading public banks. In this project we conducted an IT Maturity Assessment and Transformation Strategy to define the future state of the bank.
As an analyst my responsibilities were supporting the IT Maturity Assessment activities, conducting IT related best practice research using external resources (Ex - Gartner, Forrester etc) and creating final delivery presentations including a Strategic Transformation Roadmap.

Our client is a leading global private pension and life insurance player in the market. With an ambitions to have an unified customer data we conducted a Data Quality Evaluation project..
As fresh college graduate in this project I was responsible for running SQL queries and exporting customer data, analyzing the data using Excel and creating weekly data analysis reports.

With our efforts our clients customer data evaluation grade has doubled within couple of months.
